🛒 Terms of Sale – FOOTGOAT

These Terms of Sale apply to every purchase made on usefootgoat.com. They should be read together with our Terms of Service, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy. If anything here seems to differ from those policies, the Shipping and Refund Policies prevail for delivery, cancellations and refunds.

1. Your Order

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy the products in your cart. The contract is formed when we send you the order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order — for example because of a product we can't produce, an obvious pricing or description error, suspected fraud, or delivery details we can't verify. If we do, you'll receive a full refund.

Every FOOTGOAT jersey is made to order. Production usually starts within 24 hours of your order (at the latest within 3 business days).

2. Prices, Currency & Taxes

  • Prices are shown in your local currency where available. The currency and the total you'll be charged are shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Prices shown at checkout already include import duties and taxes — you won't pay anything extra on delivery. If a carrier or customs office ever asks you for a fee, please contact us before paying it and we'll take care of it.
  • Free Shipping is available on every order to all supported destinations. Express Shipping is optional and its price is shown at checkout.
  • We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.

3. Discounts, Coupons & Promotions

  • Only one discount code can be used per order, and codes can't be combined with other offers unless stated.
  • Each code or promotion is valid for the dates, products and conditions shown when it's offered.
  • Codes are personal, can't be exchanged for cash and can't be applied after an order has been placed.
  • If a code or promotion is misused, we may refuse the discount or cancel the order with a full refund.

4. Multi-Buy Offers & Bundles

Multi-buy offers (such as "Buy 3, Pay 2" or "Buy 5, Pay 3") and bundle prices are applied automatically in your cart. In multi-buy offers, the free items are the ones with the lowest price. These offers can't be combined with discount codes unless stated.

5. Cancelling Your Order

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: full refund (100%), no questions asked.
  • After 24 hours: your jersey is already in production and the order can no longer be cancelled. Customers in the EU, EEA and UK can still use their Right of Withdrawal after delivery for non-personalized items, as explained in our Refund Policy.

To cancel, email us with your order number as soon as possible.

6. Personalized Products

  • Personalized items (custom name, number, patches or other customization) are made exclusively for you.
  • Please check spelling, numbers and patches before ordering — you're responsible for the details you enter.
  • Changes to a personalization are possible only within 24 hours of ordering.
  • Personalized items can't be returned for change of mind, but they are fully covered by our 30-Day Guarantee if they arrive defective or with a mistake on our side.

7. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, PayPal, Klarna and Shop Pay. Available methods may vary by country and device and are shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely with SSL encryption by our payment providers — we never store your full card details.

8. Delivery

Delivery times by destination, tracking and what happens if an order is late are explained in our Shipping Policy.

9. Checking Your Order

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is defective, damaged or incorrect, email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — your choice.

10. Guarantee & Your Legal Rights

All FOOTGOAT jerseys are covered by our 30-Day Guarantee against manufacturing defects (such as faulty stitching, fabric flaws or printing errors), damage in transit and incorrect items. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear or damage after delivery.

Our guarantee is in addition to any rights you have under the consumer laws of your country — including the statutory guarantee of conformity in the EU, EEA and UK and the consumer guarantees in Australia and New Zealand — and doesn't limit them.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for a purchase is limited to the price you paid for it, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited or excluded by law.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Sale from time to time. The version published at the time of your order applies to that order.
