At FOOTGOAT, every jersey is made to order and sent into production shortly after your purchase so we can get it to you as fast as possible. Because of this, please read the terms below carefully before ordering, as they affect cancellation and return eligibility.
Our 30-Day Guarantee
We stand behind every jersey we ship. If within 30 days of delivery your order arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or with a genuine quality issue, we'll make it right — your choice of a free replacement or a full refund. You won't even need to ship the item back.
Just email us at hello@usefootgoat.com with your order number and a quick photo, and our team will sort it out fast.
This guarantee covers, within 30 days of delivery:
- Manufacturing defects or flaws
- Damage that happened in transit
- Receiving the wrong item
- An order that never arrives
Please note: because every jersey is made to order, this guarantee does not cover change of mind or incorrect size selection. Check our size guide on each product page before ordering — we're always happy to help you pick the right fit before you buy.
Made to Order
We do not hold pre-made inventory. Each jersey is produced individually for you after your purchase is placed. This lets us offer a wide catalog while keeping quality high, but it also means production begins quickly after checkout.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel your order, the following applies:
- Within 12 hours of purchase: full refund (100%). Production has not started yet.
- Between 12 and 24 hours: 70% refund. Production has started and materials are already committed (30% production fee).
- After 24 hours: the order is in production and can no longer be cancelled.
Sizing
Size selection is the customer's responsibility. A detailed size guide is provided on every product page — please review it before ordering. Returns based on an incorrect size choice cannot be accepted.
Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA)
If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase of a standard (non-personalized) item within 14 days of receiving it. You will not need to ship the item back. This right does not apply to personalized or customized items.
Personalized Items
Custom and personalized jerseys (name, number, patches, or other customization) are exempt from the right of withdrawal and cannot be refunded for change of mind once production has begun.
Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your jersey arrives with a manufacturing defect, is damaged, or is not the item you ordered, contact us at hello@usefootgoat.com and we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

- Change of mind after the applicable withdrawal window
- Returns based on customer sizing errors
- Personalized items once production has begun
- Gift cards
Refund Processing
Once approved, refunds are processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.
