↩️ Returns, Cancellations & Refunds – FOOTGOAT

Every FOOTGOAT jersey is made to order and goes into production shortly after you check out. Please read this policy before ordering — it explains how cancellations, returns and refunds work in every country we ship to.

✅ Our 30-Day Guarantee

If, within 30 days of delivery, your order arrives defective, damaged, incorrect, or with a genuine quality issue, we'll make it right: a free replacement or a full refund — your choice. In most cases you won't even need to send the item back.

Just email hello@usefootgoat.com with your order number and a photo of the issue, and our team will sort it out fast.

This guarantee covers:

  • Manufacturing defects or flaws
  • Damage that happened in transit
  • Receiving the wrong item (wrong team, version, size or customization from what you ordered)
  • An order that hasn't arrived 40 days after purchase (see our Shipping Policy)

The guarantee doesn't cover a size you selected that doesn't fit, or a change of mind — except where the law of your country gives you that right (see "Right of Withdrawal" below).

❌ Cancelling an Order

  • Within 24 hours of purchase: full refund (100%), no questions asked.
  • After 24 hours: your jersey is already in production and the order can no longer be cancelled. If you're in the EU, EEA or UK you can still use your Right of Withdrawal after delivery for non-personalized items (see below).

To cancel, email us with your order number as soon as possible.

📏 Sizing

Each product page has a detailed size guide and a "Find your size" tool — please check it before ordering, and feel free to message us if you're unsure. We can't accept returns for a size you selected that doesn't fit, except under your legal right of withdrawal where it applies.

🇪🇺 Right of Withdrawal (EU, EEA & UK customers)

If you live in the European Union, the EEA or the United Kingdom, you can withdraw from your purchase of a standard (non-personalized) item within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

  • To withdraw, email hello@usefootgoat.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw.
  • Send the item back within 14 days of telling us, unworn, unwashed and with its original tags. Return shipping costs are paid by you. We'll send you the return address.
  • We'll refund the price you paid, including the standard shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request. We may wait to refund until we've received the item back or you've sent us proof of return.
  • You're responsible for any loss in value caused by handling the item beyond what's needed to check it.

Personalized items — jerseys with a custom name, number, patches or any other customization — are made specifically for you and are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

🌎 Your Legal Rights

Nothing in this policy limits the rights you have under the consumer laws of your country. In particular:

  • EU/EEA & UK: you have a statutory guarantee of conformity for faulty items, in addition to our 30-Day Guarantee.
  • Australia & New Zealand: our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act. You're entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure.

🚫 Not Eligible for Return or Refund

  • Change of mind after the applicable withdrawal period (or where no withdrawal right applies)
  • A size selected by the customer that doesn't fit, outside the legal withdrawal right
  • Personalized items, once production has started
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery
  • Gift cards

📮 How to Request a Replacement or Refund

  1. Email hello@usefootgoat.com (or WhatsApp +1 (323) 554-0886) with your order number.
  2. For defective, damaged or incorrect items, include a clear photo.
  3. Wait for our reply before sending anything back — items sent without our instructions can't be processed.

💳 Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days (within 14 days for withdrawals in the EU, EEA and UK). Depending on your bank or card provider, it may take a few extra days to appear on your statement.
