This website (usefootgoat.com) is operated by FOOTGOAT ("FOOTGOAT", "we", "us", "our"), an online-only store. By visiting our site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"), together with our Shipping Policy, Return Policy and Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Online Store Terms

By placing an order you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence, or that you have the consent of a parent or guardian. You may not use our products or site for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Our Products

Our jerseys are made to order. We make every effort to show colors, designs and details as accurately as possible, but the colors you see depend on your screen, and production batches may vary slightly in measurements (usually 1–3 cm). Size guides are provided on each product page.

FOOTGOAT is an independent retailer. Team, league and brand names are used only to describe the design of a product. FOOTGOAT is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by any club, league, federation or manufacturer.

3. Orders, Pricing & Availability

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example in case of suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, or a product we can't produce — and if we do, we'll issue a full refund. Prices and promotions may change at any time without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order.

Discount codes are subject to their own conditions (validity dates, eligible products, combination with other offers) as shown when the code is applied, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4. Payment & Account Information

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase information, including a valid email and shipping address, so we can complete your order and contact you. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we never store your full card details.

5. Shipping, Cancellations & Returns

Delivery times, cancellations, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and Return Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Personalized Products

When you personalize a product (name, number, patches or other customization), you are responsible for the text you enter. Please check spelling before ordering — personalized items are made exclusively for you. We may refuse personalization that is offensive, unlawful or infringes the rights of others.

7. Accuracy of Information

Information on this site is provided for general information. Occasionally it may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions or availability. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to update information at any time without prior notice.

8. Third-Party Tools & Links

Our site may include tools or links provided by third parties (for example payment, tracking or review services). We don't control these services and are not responsible for their content or practices; your use of them is subject to their own terms.

9. Reviews & Content You Submit

If you send us reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use, display and share it in connection with FOOTGOAT. You confirm that your content is yours, is accurate, and doesn't violate anyone's rights or any law.

13. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and our services are provided "as is". FOOTGOAT will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country that cannot be limited or excluded — including the statutory rights of consumers in the EU, EEA, UK, Australia and New Zealand.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify FOOTGOAT against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party, to the extent permitted by law.

15. Severability & Entire Agreement

If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect. These Terms, together with the policies referred to above, are the entire agreement between you and FOOTGOAT regarding the site.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country. Before taking any formal action, please contact us — most issues are solved quickly by email.
