⚽ WORLD CUP HIGH DEMAND NOTICE: Due to the increased order volume from the FIFA World Cup 2026, our preparation and dispatch time is currently 10–15 business days (longer than usual). After dispatch, shipping times remain unchanged. We're working hard to get your jersey to you and appreciate your patience.
At FOOTGOAT, we work hard to get your jersey to you as fast as possible. All orders are sent to our factory on the same day they are placed.
📦 Order Processing
Your order is sent to our factory on the same day you place it. Due to current World Cup high demand, preparation and dispatch is taking 10 to 15 business days. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your jersey leaves the factory.
If you'd like a photo of your order before shipment, just email us — we're happy to provide one.

The "estimated delivery" below is the shipping time AFTER your order leaves our factory. Total time from purchase = 10-15 days preparation + shipping time below.

🛒 How to Place an Order
- Select your jerseys and add them to your cart
- Click "Checkout" and enter your shipping details
- Confirm your address and complete the secure payment
All transactions are 100% SSL encrypted.
We accept: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, AMEX, Maestro) and Shop Pay.
🔍 Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched (after 10-15 business days of preparation), you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates within 3–6 business days after the carrier scans your package. Delivery estimates start from the date you receive your tracking number.
📦 Multiple Parcel Deliveries
Depending on the size or quantity of your order (especially for orders with patches or multiple jerseys), items may arrive in separate packages. This will not affect delivery times or shipping fees.
⏰ When Will Things Go Back to Normal?
The extended preparation time is temporary and tied to the FIFA World Cup 2026 high demand period. We expect to return to our standard preparation time of 3–6 business days shortly after the tournament concludes. We'll update this page as soon as that happens.
